Terms & Conditions
We want your DAY TRIP to France to be relaxed and enjoyable from the moment you book. These simple terms explain what happens if plans change and the few things we ask you to take care of before travelling.
-
Our itineraries are carefully planned to give you a wonderful day in France. Occasionally, circumstances such as weather, traffic, ferry schedules, venue availability or other events outside our control may mean that timings, restaurants, visits or activities need to change.
Where this happens, we will always aim to provide a suitable alternative and preserve the overall quality of your experience.
-
All guests must hold the appropriate valid passport and any other documentation required for travel between the UK and France.
Our team will contact you before departure to collect the necessary passenger information and help ensure everything is in place. However, it remains each traveller's responsibility to ensure that they meet the relevant entry and travel requirements.
-
Following your booking, a member of our team will contact you to discuss any accessibility, mobility or dietary requirements.
Please let us know about anything that may affect your enjoyment of the day so that we can make appropriate arrangements wherever reasonably possible.
-
Guests are responsible for arriving at their chosen departure point in good time. Unfortunately, we cannot delay the coach or provide refunds where a guest misses the scheduled departure.
Final departure details and timings will be confirmed before your trip.
-
Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the date of travel will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days of travel will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.ext goes here
